Commercial Insurance had Salesforce implemented to meet their specific needs; supporting and processing insurance policies for their customers and agents. Extensive custom fields were added to their Opportunity and Product Objects, to provide a complete picture of what a consummated insurance policy transaction is - complete with Conga Composer to provide a composite invoice for the customer. I have been using Pervasive DataSynch. I am not happy because it is not a true integration and it is slow. Every time I need to synch, I have to close Quickbooks.
