How the SmarStart Program works


The SmartStart Program for Salesforce.com, Payment Gateway On-demand Inventory and Quickbooks is now available.

SmartStart provides the customer assessment, configuration and set-up with Salesforce.com, Payment Gateway and Quickbooks in an effective and easy way.

The Objective of the program is to:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the customer facing processes for customer, and specifically the individual group involved in this project, and then translate that into customizations and corresponding processes in Salesforce.com. In addition to the customizations, documentation of the processes and configurations will be prepared
  • Discover all data sources that will need to be migrated and/or integrated into Salesforce.com
    • Obtain reports and/or screen shots of these databases
    • Diagram data migration requirements for getting started in Salesforce.com
  • Configuration of the Salesforce.com system
  • Three hour training session to go over the SFDC systems as it relates to the Client processes

Key Deliverables

  • Across the Organization:
    • Setting up the hierarchy and security model to give appropriate access to data
    • Customizing the Account module to allow tracking of key account data
    • Customizing Contact module to allow tracking of individual contact data
    • Customizing Opportunities module to allow tracking of individual deals
  • Creating and testing key management, sales, and customer support reports
  • Recommend Best Practices/Processes where applicable
  • Delivering training to users based on their specific role and use of the Salesforce.com CRM tool.

50 Integration Flows were prepared to integrate objects/fields between these three applications with the InterWeave IDE,

Login to The InterWeave Solutions Portal, register and configure your custom integration selections. It’s that simple.

Configurable Flows include Account, Contact, Opportunity, Product, etc.– all standard. Additionally, extensive custom object selection and integration is available — all standard.


The Integration Manager Console allows you to set your own integration timings

  • Solutions are composed of scheduled run-time and utility transactions
  • The customer sets the timing intervals according to preference: ex. Accounts, every 3 minutes, Opportunities every 7, etc. Set it and forget it
  • Transactions are shown based on your log-in profile
  • Full detail of transaction flow dynamically shown
  • Supported by on-demand error-reporting function

Pricing

The 5 day SmartStart Program is $5400, if run remotely. On premise pricing with travel and expense can be provided upon request.
