Management Team

Integration Technologies management is comprised of experienced entrepreneurs and business professionals from the financial services and technology industries. The management team possesses a breadth of functional experience in software product development, system and network integration, the marketing of emerging products/technologies, strategic partnering and corporate finance. Management also has international business development experience in Canada, Latin America and Europe.

Integration Technologies executive management consists of the following officers:

	Bruce Magown, Chairman, CEO, Founder

Bruce Magown joined Integration Technologies in New York in 2004 as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Magown is the Managing Partner of Magown Advisory Group LLP., a Private Equity Group that invests in and advises technology focused companies. Prior to joining Integration Technologies, Mr. Magown established Sales-OnDemand, LLC. to support emerging and first stage companies with Go-To-Market Programs, Direct Outsourced Sales and Lead Generation Programs. Mr. Magown served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Head of the Audit Committee, Investor and Board member of the Uncommon Media Group, LLC. Mr. Magown subsequently served as President and Chief Operations Officer of Knoa Corp., a privately held company focusing on interactive and media rich solutions. Mr. Magown served as the Vice President of the strategic Alliance of Sun/Netscape formed by America Online and Sun Microsystems representing Canada, United States East Coast, and Latin America. Mr. Magown also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Information Engineering, Inc., an e-business solution provider.

Barbara Assante, VP Sales

Barbara Assante is Vice President of Sales for Integration Technologies. She is responsible for growing, managing and expanding the company’s sales worldwide with an additional focus on identifying Strategic Partnerships. She is exceptionally skilled at developing client relationships that deliver results and generate long-term client loyalty. Her ability to partner with clients, identify unique business needs and position solutions has contributed to the growth of InterWeave sales. Prior to joining Integration Technologies, Ms Assante has more than twenty years experience with enterprise sales, including account management, application training and consulting. She was a top individual contributor to SAP’s sales revenue, has successfully managed a customer base for Netscape and recently held the position of Channel Manager for EDS.

Dinesh Gambhir, VP, Professional Services

As VP, Professional Services, Dinesh comes to Integration Technologies with over 15 years experience in consulting and outsourcing. He is an expert in Manufacturing and Financial Services. At Cap Gemini E&Y, and Deloitte & Touche Consulting, Dinesh helped design and implement supply chain solutions for such clients as Nabisco, Dow Chemical, Hewlett Packard, Vencor, Philip Morris, Lucent, and Nestle. As a principal and VP at a major salesforce.com consulting firm, Dinesh designed and implemented capital markets, debt capital markets, private equity, and merger and banking solutions for such clients as BNP Paribas, Cowen and CCMP.

Dmytro Zotkin, VP Research and Development

Dmytro Zotkin joined Integration Technologies in Toronto in 2005 as a Director of Product Architecture. Prior to joining Integration Technologies, Dmytro Zotkin was Software Architect for Blockade Systems Corporation in Toronto. He also has twelve years of experience in architecting and managing large full cycle software projects with different types of software development cycles. He holds Master’s Degrees in Engineering and Computer Science (Kiev Polytechnic University).

Inna Levytska, Director, Quality Assurance

Inna Levytska joined Integration Technologies in Toronto in 2005 as Director, Quality Assurance. Prior to joining Integration Technologies, Inna Levytska was Senior Software QA Analyst for Rogers Inc. She has over 10 years of experience in Manual and Automated Software Testing and Quality Assurance for ISV companies of different sizes. She also has over 10 years of experience in software development and design. Inna holds Master’s Degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science (Kiev State University).
