Integration Technologies now provides full Managed Services for InterWeave Customers

Managed Services provide complete Customer Support for any integration. Once again – InterWeave – simplifying the integration experience.

New York – October 4, 2007 – Integration Technologies, Inc., the market and technology leader in on-demand solution integration, today announced the Managed Services Program that will provide our customer base pro-active monitoring and problem resolution. Upon joining the program, an InterWeave Solution Support Specialist will actively monitor the customer’s environment regarding connection, connectivity, error identification and resolution, configuration set-up and administration and application set-up and administration. The objective of this program is to simplify the integration experience for our customer base and provide a constant monitoring environment operating on one basic principle - “No news is good news”.
