InsynQ Unveils Total On-demand Solution for QuickBooks and Salesforce.com Users

On-Demand Application Hosting and Software-as-a-Service CRM Mashup MeansTotal E-Business Experience and Global Reach for Small Enterprises

TACOMA, Washington. --(PR NEWSWIRE)—November 18, 2006 -- InsynQ, Inc. (OTCBB:ISYN), a premier provider of application hosting services, online accounting solutions and services, and the oldest and largest provider of hosting services for the Intuit QuickBooks products, today announced the successful deployment of a complete on-demand solution involving real-time integration between hosted QuickBooks Pro and Salesforce.com CRM.

The hosted QuickBooks solutions from InsynQ e-Accounting were pivotal in demonstrating the value of online accounting solutions to the accounting industry, and the QuickBooks products are used by the largest part of the small business and small enterprise markets. Salesforce.com has successfully demonstrated the merits of the “software-as-a-service” technology model, as well as creating an extensive business application framework which encourages business collaboration and anytime, anywhere operation. By coupling these two market-entrenched solutions, InsynQ delivers a ‘first of its kind’ service – the most robust and commercially supported, totally online, small business ERP system available.

The communication between QuickBooks and Salesforce.com is facilitated by a connection management framework developed by Integration Technologies, Inc., a Salesforce.com Appexchange partner and developer. The framework, called Interweave, manages data integration and communication between QuickBooks and the Salesforce.com system.

By extending the accounting and business information stored in QuickBooks to the Salesforce.com system, business owners are able to provide their sales and support teams with relevant customer data without exposing them unnecessarily to other information stored in the accounting system. Further, activities performed in the CRM system are synchronized to accounting, eliminating redundancy in data entry, resulting in more timely and accurate accounting data.

“Salesforce.com is considered a ‘net native’ application, meaning that it was originally constructed to run and be accessed exclusively via the Internet” said Joanie Mann, InsynQ’s Executive Vice President and leading product strategist. “The QuickBooks products are Windows desktop applications, not Web-based or Internet-ready programs. InsynQ’s creation of the business service and model which offers these applications as on-demand services means that the ‘net natives’ can now consider integration to them, and providers can begin delivering the totally on-demand solutions that businesses need. I believe that broad adoption of total on-demand business solutions has been held back because the applications that the market wanted were not available in this model. With InsynQ, now they are.”

“The "Out of the Box" solution comes with prepackaged transformations and business flows for integrating Salesforce.com and Quickbooks. InterWeave delivers tremendous value for companies of all sizes, providing the core integration capabilities they need to integrate with a minimum investment — all on a rock solid platform that can support more advanced integration requirements as their needs grow. Scalability is no longer an issue; InterWeave has the ability to scale – exponentially” said Bruce Magown, Chairman, Integration Technologies, Inc. “Combine this solution with the power and capabilities of InsynQ, and you have a total, on-demand solution with global reach.”

Once again, InsynQ demonstrates their ability to continually add value to their service model by introducing new, innovative and feature-rich applications and services through their e-Accounting business (www.CPAasp.com) and as Always-On on-demand, online services (www.InsynQ.com).
