InterWeave Solutions Portal

1. You will see Login at the top of this page. This will bring you to the InterWeave Solutions Portal.

2. First time? Top left is New Company, Please register here. select this and on to the next page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2- Company Registration and Solution Selection

 

 

 

 

 

 

Company Registration

1. This is the only information that we retain - user id, password and your solution selection and configuration.

2. Enter your information and select the Aria to Quickbooks selection at the bottom.

3. When your done, select Next.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3- Aria_Quickbooks Object Selection

 

 

 

 

Object Selection

1. In object selection, this is where you select which objects in Aria you want to integrate with which objects in Quickbooks. The property Value fields are pull down menus for selection.

2. Enter your information and select the Aria to Quickbooks selection at the bottom.

3. When your done, select Next

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4- Aria_Quickbooks Account Detail Selection

1. In Account Detail selection, this is where you select the type of relationship you want between Aria and Quickbooks; create, create only, update only, create and update, etc.

2. Enter your information and select the Aria to Quickbooks selection at the bottom.

3. When your done, select Next

1. In the Transaction Detail selection, this is where you select the corresponding entries for Quickbooks Journals created from the Aria Transactions.

2. Enter your information and select the Aria to Quickbooks selection at the bottom.

1. We support multiple Quickbooks company files. This is where you enter the number of files your looking to integrate with.

2. Enter your information and select the Aria to Quickbooks selection at the bottom.

Credentials Selection

1. You enter your Aria credentials, Quickbooks file locations, Quickbooks credentials and various other QB, environment and email notification selections here.

2. When your done, select Finish, and your Solution is created.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 7- Aria_Quickbooks Connectivity Steps

The Connector

The connector is a very small piece of software that allows InterWeave servers to connect to your QuickBooks installation. It runs automatically when you login and stays in the background. Note that integration can only work when the Windows user you install this under is logged in. nInstallation is to be done on the same machine that has QuickBooks installed. nDownload ZIPped package from http://interweave.biz/downloads/IW_QBConnector.zip

  1. Open the provided ZIP file package (shown as "compressed folder" in some versions of Windows).
  2. Right-click on the "IW_QBConnector" folder and click "Copy".
  3. Navigate to the "C:\Program Files" directory in Windows Explorer, right-click and click "Paste" (placing the above folder under "Program Files")6.Navigate into the newly-created "IW_QBConnector" folder and double-click on "RunMe.reg" (may appear as simply "RunMe"); click "Yes" when prompted7.Double-click on "connector.exe"; a white window may flash briefly, and a square tray icon with "IBiz QuickBooks" tooltip will appear ¨
    1. Note: If you have selected ITX Corp to install “Connection as a Service”, please disregard above. ¨

Ensuring Connectivity for InterWeave Servers

Most companies' servers are behind a so-called "firewall" or similar devices that block external access to improve security. For InterWeave to work, your firewall needs to allow inbound connections to your QuickBooks computer from IP addresses:

on port 2080. Please make sure that this is the case (you may need to contact your hosting provider or IT support for that). ¨

Once the access is allowed, please send the following pieces of information to support:

  • your static IP address (you may need assistance of your IT contact for that)
  • location of your company file(s) (including filename) on the computer (e.g. "C:\QBFiles\Company.qbw")•location of your test company file copy (similar to above)
  • Click on this page and the Connectivity pdf file will be displayed.

1. You need to connect your Quickbooks Company file to Aria.

Step 8- Aria_Quickbooks Integration Manager

1. You log in, set the scheduled intervals for your flows and your done.

2. You may log in at any time to view running of the flows or to address a data or connection error.
